In September 2021, Alyssa Partners successfully acquired on behalf AXA IM Alts’ two sizeable residential assets in Osaka exceeding JPY 10bn.

Alyssa Partners participated and was selected as the preferred bidder on a bid process jointly run by an international brokerage firm and a major Japanese Trust Bank.

The portfolio comprises 346 apartments and 4 retail units across two well located freehold properties in Osaka.

Alyssa Partners acted as transaction advisor to AXA IM Alts'.
