Project Queen

In April 2022, Alyssa partners launched a new non-exclusive co-investment program in Japan with Singapore based Q Investment Partners. The investment strategy is targeting stabilized residential assets located in Greater Tokyo, Greater Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

The portfolio in Q2 2023 has a total of four residential assets across Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya with a total gross area of circa 8,500 square meters and 249 apartment units.
