In December 2023, Alyssa Partners acquired a portfolio of residential assets located in Japan on behalf of The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited from two separate sellers.

The portfolio consists of 12 stabilized, high-quality multifamily properties located in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Kobe. The 770-unit portfolio has an average age of less than 2.5 years and comprises a total gross floor area of over 31,000 square meters. All assets are within ten minutes or less walking distance to subways and/or JR stations.
