Project Queen

In April 2022, Alyssa partners launched a new non-exclusive co-investment program in Japan with Singapore based Q Investment Partners. The investment strategy is targeting stabilized residential assets located in Greater Tokyo, Greater Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

The seed portfolio was acquired in Q2 2022 and comprises three properties located in Osaka and Nagoya with a total gross area of circa 8,000 square meters and 207 apartment units.
