In May 2022, Alyssa Partners successfully originated and completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 19 residential assets located in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka from a major Japanese real estate developer.

The acquisition was made in partnership with funds managed and advised by Blackstone Real Estate as majority equity investor.

The portfolio consists of 19 high quality stabilized properties and comprises 1,075 apartment units with a total gross area of circa 32,600 square meters.
