New Acquisitions under the Alyssa Partners-QIP multi-family strategy
Alyssa Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of two well located residential assets in Nagoya as part of the non-exclusive joint investment vehicle with Singapore based Q Investment Partners.
The assets are 3 and 4 years old and together comprise of 118 apartment units.
The Alyssa Partners-QIP vehicle has a total of three residential assets across Osaka and Nagoya with a total gross area of circa 7,200sqm and 207 apartment units.
Alyssa Partners is acting as co-investor and asset manager.
