New acquisition under the Alyssa Partners-QIP multi-family strategy
Alyssa Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of an additional multi-family property located in Kiba, Koto-ku, Tokyo as part of the non-exclusive joint investment vehicle with Singapore based Q Investment Partners.
The property was completed in February 2023 and comprises of 42 apartment units.
The Alyssa Partners-QIP vehicle has a total of four residential assets across Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya with a total gross area of circa 8,500sqm and 249 apartment units.
Alyssa Partners is acting as co-investor and asset manager.
