Launch of a new joint investment with Singapore based Frasers Group
Alyssa Partners is pleased to announce the launch of a new joint-venture with Frasers Property Limited targeting rental residential properties in Japan.
TMK Premisia One, jointly formed by Alyssa Partners Japan K.K. and Frasers Hospitality, successfully acquired a newly built high quality asset in Namba, Osaka.
The property is located a 1-minute walk from Daikokucho station, comprises of 124 premium apartment units and is currently running at close to full occupancy.
Alyssa Partners will act as co-investor and asset manager.
